1. Cabbage Soup:
Ingredients: Half head of the cut cabbage 2 diced carrots, 4 chopped green onions, 1 can diced tomatoes, 1 bunch celery, 1 chopped green pepper, cooking spray, 2 tablespoons chopped parsley, salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste water.

Directions: Heat oil in a pan and add the carrots, shallots and celery. Add chicken cubes. Cooking for a while, stirring occasionally. Add the juice of two lemons, along with the stock. Sprinkle salt and pepper and simmer for about 45 minutes. Enjoy these low calorie soup recipes!

3. Potato Leek soup:
Ingredients: 1 chopped leek, diced 5 potatoes, 500 ml vegetable stock, 1 tablespoon olive oil 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
Directions: Heat oil in a saucepan and add leeks. When it is slightly brown, add the potatoes and cook on low heat for half hour. Stir. Now add the stock and make a good mix. Simmer. Get into bowls and enjoy this healthy low calorie soup!

4. Carrot Soup:
Ingredients: 1 tablespoon olive oil, chopped 5-6 carrots, 1 chopped onion, ginger 10 grams, 1 cube vegetable stock, 3 cups water, 1 tablespoon basil, salt and pepper to taste
Directions: Heat pan, put oil and add the onion, carrot and ginger. The onion should be cooked to soft texture. Make the vegetable stock cube and water and add to the pan. Bring to a boil and leave for half hour to run soft carrots. Add salt and pepper and mix in a blender and add some water if needed. Garnish with basil and enjoy this healthy soup recipe! It makes a bright color and soup can be enjoyed with a toast.
